Having committed to game, the next decision is whether to try for slam. Obviously you need enough values, but Chilli also two absolute systemic requirements to bid a slam. You need:
sufficient keycardsall five keycards (the four aces and the king of trumps) to bid a grand slam, and at least four of them to bid a small slam; a void opposite a holding with no ace and sufficient trumps is as good as a keycard
good trumpsthe queen of trumps to bid seven, or six when missing a keycard; two extra trumps (guaranteeing a ten-card fit) will do instead
